Until now, free lime values were only available through subsequent laboratory analysis. Machine learning now enables real-time estimation based on infrared temperature measurements and process data, optimizing fuel use, reducing energy costs significantly, and ensuring consistent product quality.


Hazardous waste combustion with inspect H
Consistent combustion with varying fuel properties and changing hazardous waste fractions is essential. This consistency applies to long service lives, maximum throughput, compliance with the necessary temperatures, and stable downstream steam and power generation.
inspect pro control H supports the stable operation and increased throughput based on the evaluation of infrared images to calculate parameters in the rotary kiln and the post-combustion chamber. High-quality results of the image analysis are enabled by deep-learning methods.
